Sarkissian Studio reserves the right to revise, update, or add new terms to these Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Sarkissian Studio website periodically for any changes that may impact your rights or obligations. Any updated terms are effective immediately upon being posted. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the site.

All content on the Sarkissian Studio website—including, but not limited to, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, software, data, and sound files—is the exclusive property of Sarkissian Studio, its affiliates, licensors, or users. When requesting a quote or placing an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and project-related files (e.g., CAD files, images). These materials are used solely to provide our services and are never shared with unrelated third parties or solicitors.

ORDER PROCESSING, CONFIRMATIONS, AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders must be submitted via email or other approved communication channels. Once confirmed, both parties agree on the preferred platforms for file exchange and collaboration. Sarkissian Studio commonly uses Dropbox for file sharing and Slack for project communication.

Delivery times vary based on project complexity and scope. Expected delivery schedules should be agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

PAYMENTS

Sarkissian Studio typically follows a 50/50 payment model. A 50% deposit is required upfront, and the remaining 50% is due in the middle of the project. In some cases, alternate payment terms may be arranged through mutual agreement.

Accepted payment methods and conditions will be confirmed during the quotation or onboarding process.

DISCLAIMER

Sarkissian Studio does not guarantee that all content or materials on the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the website shall be instituted in New York.
